had one of those days when you know like ...SHEESH. So i have set myself a goal this week - some may sat it a totally unrealistic goal - but I am going to go to the gym / exercising at least 10 times this week - in a Monday to Sunday period. I am so into this goal - that I organised everything for 5.30 this morning - ironed my gym clothes, filled my water bottle etc and left it at my bedroom door...and well did I get up? NO! So now this afternoon I have walked in from work and so that I go to my pump class at 6.15, before I did anything else I have changed into my gym clothes. There's no turning back now...see by 7.15 tonight - it will be 1 down 9 to go...

Firstly, cool joggers.
Secondly, your perserverance is to be commended...it's so easy to sleep in and getting home from work - it'd be pretty tempting to just vege out ...but off you trot.
Thirdly, good luck for your 10 Session Challenge !
Whether you exercise 10 times or not this week, I am impressed that you iron your gym clothes!!
