a spirax!!!!!!!!!
I have often said that I need a spirax to jot things down in as they come into my head. Normally it is about raving letters I'm going to send to someone ( usually politicians, morons, that sort of thing) SO yesterday while at indrops I bit the bullet and purchased a spirax - I already have stuff written in it too. Not that I'm planning on sending letters - but I am hoping to be more prepared on my next library visit - I always find myself wandering around not having any idea of what authors I want to look for; what books I'm wanting to read etc etc - not happening again!
Also the plates my spirax is resting on are from my Dad's mother. We have the whole dinner set - and when Dad saw it again he was all " I remember using that as a kid" so I thought that was nice - and we now have it on display.

I am a list person too...but it's mainly so I can remember what I have to do...I reckon the old SPIRAX rocks.
I think saving things for a special day means that they don't get appreciated so I think having these beautiful plates on display is a clever idea.
