as mentioned previously I have been going to the gym, really early in the morning. My housemate and I get picked up at 5.45. So we wait on the side of the road - and it's dark and cold, and this morning foggy. I am still commited to it.

OMgord...I get up as soon as I see the slightest hint of light and that is about 6am...you are sure up early !
I hope you compensate by going to bed at 6pm.
Oh, can you pick me up too, I am always awake.
I wish I was as motivated...if I didn't have to get up to eat and go to work I would be just stay in bed indefinitely.
