I have been madly busy for the last few days - and also extremely tired. By Friday of last week I so did not want to participate in any of the plans I had for the weekend. Which involved - lunch, several parties and a concert. I did make myself go to every planned event though - because well sometimes you just have to.
In my last post I mentioned that we were going our for dinner with my dad - and having one of my mum's favourite desserts. Inters tingly the restaurant burned down the next day so we probably had one of the last meals they will be serving for a little while. The caramel tart did not disappoint - it was absolutely delicious. The yummiest dessert I have had in along time.
