I like to make plans. I like to make lists. I like to cross things off lists etc. Planning our overseas trip is no different. I mentioned in a blog last year that I was spending an inordinate amount of time researching jackets on the Internet. It's just what I do. This is a screen shot of the spreadsheet I have up and running for various components of the trip - I purchased travel insurance on the weekend, and when I needed to add it to the spreadsheet I had a hard time remembering what exactly all the colours meant. My sister who was sitting beside me at the time rolled her eyes and said, "Don't look at me - I don't understand it". Luckily it all came back to me - I was able to update it and well - does anyone want me to produce a graph - I could probably do that as well.
PS Also notice my trickiness in linking back to the previous blog where I mentioned the jackets. I'm getting clever.
PPS the jackets have been purchased - alas it was not a North Face.

I would need a excell list like that too just so that a could sleep at night knowing that everything was inhand.
Uisng colour coding is a very tricky addition too.
I must protest against the fact that you have fuzzied out the money coz that would be v. interesting from a voyeuristic point of view.
You could pay me heaps of money instead !
I'm very impressed - a spreadsheet for everything
