Another blog this week - what is going on?
You know how I decide things all of the time ( well when I can make a decision that is) I have decided that Saturday at the gym is all about my running. It is my sole focus on a Saturday. Treadmill and me we're it. So last week I did twenty minutes of running - non stop - which for me is something because I have never been a runner ( and still am pretty sure I am not) SO my aim each week is to run just a little bit longer. Today I did 30 minutes - non stop. I am chuffed with myself...

Running is hard...good on you for building up by 10 minutes in one week...you are on fire !
When I go for my walks - I walk for the first 10 minutes then 'shuffle' for 10 minutes then turn around and suffle home. I couldn't call what I do 'running' or even jogging.
I'll reserve your fave time for next Saturday.
Can I just say that I really don't believe what I do is running either...more like the shuffle as well :)

Wow, If you were out on the road you could of got all the way down to Indooroopilly for a shopping fix.
But seriously, you'll start jogging to work next.
