this was delivered on Saturday morning. AT 5.15...in the AM people. This shouldn't be a big deal, but it was because it was thrown in this spot we a great thud, and this spot is less than 1 metre from my sleeping head! Not proper at all, and another thing don't even get me started on why these things are still delivered. I haven't ever used one...ever.

This is an excellet point...what a waste of paper. I think most people use the internet. Mayhaps people can have one upon request but what must the financial and environmental cost be ? What ?
