Oh no...while you can still walk thru it, you don't need to mow. The sign that it IS time to mow is when it is like walking thru a corn field....so relax and enjoy the special special day tomoz.
No where near as bad as mine - when you can't see the fence I'd say it's time to mow - who knows what little creatures are enjoying your backyard as their new home.
