we had a kind of protracted Fathers day this year , because my sister had to work on Sunday she couldn't participate in the big family fathers day event. As seen in this picture
yummo - but any dinner that involves steak always gets my family talking about how it should be cooked.
Mum and dad - always well done - they don;t want no blood running out of it - I on the other hand like mine medium rare - I once knew someone who told me that the rarer the better and I was brave enough to try it and well they were right ( it later turned out they were wrong about many things, but I'll give them the steak kudos)...I love it - it tastes different, it's juicy, and I think maybe it's easier to digest. It totally grosses out all of the well doners at the table though ...how do you like your steak cooked?

Me - I am a medium to well guy coz I don't want no blood running out either but I will tolerate some pinkish hues. I love a good quality steak....love it.
Can't say I have much opportunity to have a piece of whole steak but if it is any kind of meat it must be very well cooked indeed.
